The form of payment for transfer services to or from any airport is in full advance, as well as tourism services that start outside of Bogotá.

For tourism services originating from  Bogotá partial payment is accepted as a payment and the balance can be paid in cash or through our payment methods

MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION OR RETURN OF YOUR MONEY

RESERVATION MODIFICATION

​

If you have already made a reservation and paid in advance, you can request  modification of your reservations, including excluding travelers or change of dates, up to a minimum of three days before the start of the service. For this procedure you must send us an email with the modification data, we will respond confirming the new reservation and informing the additional charges if applicable.

CANCELLATION  BOOKING

If you made a reservation and partial or total payment, you can withdraw, request cancellation of your reservation and return of your investment, up to 3 days before the start of the service, in this case the company can retain up to 10% of the value of the total rate of the first or only service this charge corresponds to administrative and money transfer charges. If your request is made less than 3 days before the start of the service, in this case the company can retain up to 30% of the value of the total rate of the first or only service; but if you do not cancel the scheduled service with the requested anticipation, there will no longer be a refund option.

To request a refund of the payment, you must follow the following steps:

1. Send request via CONTACT form in our  website, to the email servicios@transfer-colombia.com 

2. Once you submit the request, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the request in your email. The company will have a period of up to fifteen (8) business days to study the return request, and up to 15 days to make the return effective, if applicable.
